As the World Championships approach, the Monegasque Anti-Doping Committee welcomed the athletes of the pentathlon team and their staff for a prevention session.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review anti-doping rules, the risks associated with dietary supplements, accidental doping, cannabis, as well as the conduct of a test and strict liability.
Participants were also trained on the application CMA MED, which facilitates the verification of authorized substances. This intervention provided the veterans with a useful reminder and the new ones with essential benchmarks for developing in compliance with a clean sport.
Finally, the CMA would like to thank the athletes for their availability and the marked interest they showed throughout this session.
