At a meeting of the Council of State of the Principality of Monaco held on July 17, 2017, the President of the Monegasque Anti-Doping Committee, who exercises this function precisely in his capacity as State Councilor, presented the Committee and his website to all the members of this High Assembly and answered the questions they were kind enough to ask it, in particular as regards the means of appeal open to athletes who would be subject to sanctions.
This presentation took place in a double perspective: firstly, that aiming to inform the members of the Council of State of the exact nature of the missions entrusted to one of theirs when he is appointed in capacity to occupy a position in a specific structure or to represent the Council in such or such public body; second, the more general one of making the Monegasque Anti-Doping Committee and its functioning better known to the various institutions of the Principality.
