Ahead of the 2025 Games of the Small States of Europe, the Monegasque Anti-Doping Committee supported the teams that responded favorably to an anti-doping education session: rugby 7s, athletics, swimming, volleyball, gymnastics, cycling et artistic swimming
These interventions covered the anti-doping rule violations and penalties incurred risks associated with dietary supplements, medications and cannabis, the AUT request as well as the conduct of an anti-doping control. Emphasis was also placed on the individual responsibility athletes in the management of their health and sporting integrity.
Athletes were also invited to use the app CMA MED, an intuitive tool for checking drug compliance via a simple scan.
The CMA thanks the supervisors for their collaboration and wishes every success to the Monegasque athletes, while respecting ethics and fair play.
